ABOUT US
Richard is a licensed civil engineer with a degree from Purdue University and extensive experience in all aspects of residential development, including engineering, site selection, and construction management. Over the past 30 years while living in Indianapolis, he has played a key role in the growth of several homebuilding companies, particularly within their land acquisition departments. Leveraging his expertise and industry knowledge, Richard founded Henderson Engineering & Consulting in 2010.
Chase earned a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Purdue University. Over the course of three years, he gained experience working at four different hotels across three states. However, in 2016, he decided to leave the hotel industry and join Richard in the family business as Henderson Engineering & Consulting continued to grow.
In 2022, Richard and Chase established Henderson Investments, LLC and have been collaborating on various projects since its inception. They have successfully completed developments in McCordsville and Avon and continually seek new opportunities throughout the greater Indianapolis area.
